Introduction
This tire changer tyre remover tire demounting machine is mostly exported to European and American countries.
Due to its small size, light weight, skilled operation can quickly remove the tire, mostly used for small repair workshop, outdoor emergency tire changing, simple home maintenance.
It takes about 5-10 minutes for a single person to assemble.
1. Choose the appropriate tire clamping hole according to the size of the tire , total of 3 holes can be selected.
2.Put the tire in the corresponding position, and use the lever principle to force down the tire wall off rim.
3.Put the tire into the top of the tire remover. After the cross tire fixure is fixed, rotate the upper sleeve to fix tire tightly. (Diameter of red shaft is 3.5cm, please make sure rim center hole is larger than 3.5cm)
4.Use the lever to find the corresponding support, Force the tire to pry out ( it is best to add lubricating oil in the tire edge, more effort ）
5. After the tire is repaired, mount back the tire by using the lever in the positive and negative direction.
6. Cross tire fixure ( fix the tire on the tire changer)
7. Three-hole reserved (shift the positon to suit more sizes tires)
8. Reserved holes for fixing the machine on floor
