AA4C has provided a vehicle end-of-line inspection system solution for a well-known automotive manufacturer in Pakistan, designed for comprehensive testing of Vehicle Steering Angle Tester 、Fully Automatic headlight tester 、braker tester with axle load 、4 Post Lift before vehicles leave the production line. This system enables an efficient and accurate automated inspection process, significantly enhancing the standardization of vehicle quality control at the factory exit stage.
During project implementation, AA4C customized the equipment configuration and software workflow according to the customer’s on-site production requirements, ensuring seamless integration with the existing production line. After deployment, the customer expressed high satisfaction with the system’s stability and the accuracy of the test data.
