Precautions for Cleaning Combustion Chamber

When the vehicle is warming up, the temperature of the exhaust manifold is about 800-900 ℃, and there is gasoline adsorbed in the carbon inside the cylinder after the engine is turned off, and when the cylinder is adjusted so that the top of the piston is in the same plane, the exhaust valve is not completely closed, and the gasoline vapour adsorbed inside the carbon is quickly flown out along the spark plug holes and the exhaust valve when the Air-fuel ratio solvents are poured in. When the exhaust valve is open, the manifold is too hot and there is a possibility of ignition of the gasoline vapour when it meets with the flammable gas. It is recommended that you focus on the following points during the operating and repair shop training:

1.     In weather with temperature over 25 ℃, the standard for warming up the car is to remove the spark plug when the electronic fan is rotating and wait for 10 minutes for the engine temperature to drop to less than 90 ℃ before pouring in the Air-fuel ratio solvents, or to warm up the engine when it is cold and the engine temperature is not more than 90 ℃ for operating.

2.     Drive the vehicle entering the site, disassemble the spark plug and wait for the temperature to be cooled down to less than 90 ℃ before operating.

3.     The ambient temperature of the camera of the endoscope shall not exceed 70 ℃. When checking the carbon deposition in the combustion chamber, be sure to wait for the engine to cool down to less than 90 ℃. Meanwhile, prepare a wet towel to physically cool the camera. The time for each check shall not exceed 5 seconds, and the physical cooling shall be 20 seconds. The reason stated in the third point above is to protect the service life of the endoscope, and also to inform the service technician that the heat dissipation of the engine is relatively slow when the temperature is too high, which may lead to the risk of fire and endoscope damage. In both cases, it is necessary to explain clearly to the operating personnel during the training.loss problem of Air-fuel ratio solvents in the process of stuffy cylinder and operating ; 1 check the cylinder pressure before operating (normal gasoline car cylinder pressure 1200 - 1400 kpa). If the cylinder pressure is lower than 9 kpa, leakage will occur, and It's recommended to replace the oil if normal leakage is more than 200 ml. For leakage less than 200 ml, it is recommended to idle for 5 minutes after operating, and then drive at a constant speed for 20 km to hand over the vehicle to customer or idle for 20 minutes to evaporate the solvents from the oil. (solvent begin to vaporize at 86 ℃).If you spill the liquid medicine on your body, please rinse it off immediately.
